this is my own way to extract money
it works for me and will work for you too
trick is:
1}make 50 blogs with 50 different email ids
2}register corresponding paypals
3}register these blogs respectively with bidvertiser and place the ads and paypals
4}your content should match in the category of bidvertiser while registering
5}you need to register under any running bidvertiser account otherwise your account will be deleted.
6}place two ads per blog
7}now goto 10 cafes daily and clik 3 ads on your own 50 blogs
8}when all the 50 paypals get 10$ withdraw them to one central paypal account
9}enjoy cash
